You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Staff access is governed by the roles and permissions configured by your organisation.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or use the platform to process data unlawfully. Each organisation’s data is isolated from every other organisation.
5. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where you upload candidate data, you confirm you have the necessary basis to do so.
6. Intellectual property
